Rising High School Sophomores to College Freshmen
Camp Goals
Provide a fundamental training base that emphasizes proper technique and safety
Teach a variety of exercises and progressions, that will improve speed, agility, strength, power, and total body coordination
Teach proper warm-up and recovery methods
Educate campers on exercise nutrition and hydration
Test campers in an array of athletic determinants, including 40 yard dash, Pro Agility Drill, and Vertical Jump
Provide an all-inclusive summer training manual which will be directly based on what campers learn in camp
Have daily guest speakers (i.e. college coaches and admissions representatives) deliver advice on the college recruiting process
